Yemen: France condemns the destabilizing actions of the Houthis

Faced with rising tensions in the Middle East, the Security Council must do all it can to avoid a regional conflagration. France condemns the destabilizing actions of the Houthis and calls for the resumption of inter-Yemeni negotiations under the aegis of the Special Envoy.
