Ukraine: Russia must not count on our demobilization

Russia is thus choosing to escalate its illegal war of aggression against Ukraine, which it has itself provoked. France continues to stand by Ukraine and its people, including by providing them with the military support they need to effectively exercise their right to self-defense.
