France condemns North Korea's attempt to launch another military reconnaissance satellite

We urge North Korea to cease its provocations, to comply with its international obligations, and to resume dialogue with the international community, in order to finally initiate a process of complete, irreversible and verifiable abandonment of its weapons of mass destruction and ballistic missile programs.
