Ukraine: Russia is using illegal means to wage its illegal war

Russia carries out daily attacks on Ukraine, some of which deliberately target the Ukrainian civilian population, in flagrant violation of international humanitarian law. France, together with its partners, will continue to support the Ukrainian people in exercising their right to self-defense.
