France condemns the pursuit by Russia of its illegal aggression against Ukraine, facilitated by arms transfers

The pursuit by Russia of this illegal aggression is facilitated by transfers of arms that support its war effort. Russia thus continues to deliberately undermine the foundations of the international architecture for non-proliferation.
