France supports the goals enshrined in the Victory Plan presented by Ukraine

For almost 1,000 days, Russia has been pursuing its war of aggression, in flagrant defiance of the United Nations Charter and international law. It continues to deliberately target civilian objects in violation of international humanitarian law.
