Syria must comply with its obligations under the Chemical Weapons Convention

The Director-General's 129th report concludes, once again, that the declaration by the Syrian authorities cannot be considered as precise and complete. Until assurances are obtained that the Syrian program has been eliminated, the Security Council must remain seized of this issue.
